The 2-Year Check-In is a requirement of CPC Compliance within a 4-year CPC cycle. It is necessary to check in every 2 years to update your demographics, the expiration dates of your RN and/or APRN license(s), update your practice information, attest that there has not been any adverse action placed on your license(s), and report any action that may have occurred or been resolved. Requirements found in the CPC Handbook state: “Certificants are required to check-in with the NBCRNA at the mid-point of each 4-year CPC Cycle (“2-Year Check-In ”) in order to provide or verify relevant information on record.”
